Porting NMRViewC scripts to NMRViewJ scripts

Scripts written for NMRViewC are almost completely compatible with those for NMRViewJ. However, there are a few areas where the code needs to be changed or it will not work properly. Here is a summary of the differences that a script writer should be aware of.

We recently ported a large library of scripts from NMRViewC style to NMRViewJ. An annotated table of the changes that were made are is useful to examine. The table lists every change that was made, so some are duplicates, but we thought it would be useful to display everything so that one can have examples of specific changes, but also a sense of the total magnitude of the changes necessary.

Open Source Dependencies
