NMRView NvJ 7.0.16 Now available

NMRViewJ 7.0.16 is now available.

This fixes the Runabout bug I mentioned a couple of days ago (where  
chemical shifts were getting set wrong).  I used the new version  
today to completely assign the backbone of ubiquitin then hand  
checked every assignment against published values and it all looks  
good.  That said, Runabout is still in development so I encourage  
everyone to do there own validation of results.

While looking at the output I fixed a few bugs elsewhere (CSI  
display, Talos output, ppm.out output, Aria output all had bugs, and  
they all work properly now).

I'll send a more complete inventory of changes tonight or tomorrow.
