NMRView external file with preferences and session

Dear Viewers,

Is there any way to save in an external file the preferences and to read it 
back into a new session in nmrviewJ? If not, where are the preferences saved?

Is there any way to select the name for the file where the session is stored 
(.nmrview), and to also select a particularly saved session file to restore a 
particular session?
