Re: NMRView HNHA analysis

dear nmrviewers,

i'd like to use the NMRView HNHA analysis tool and have a few beginner's questions:

1) what is epsilon ?
2) can i determine the rmsd of the noise using nmrview ?
3) what are scale error, correction factor, minimum error ?

i would be grateful for you help.

thanks a lot,
christiane.

Dear all,

I'm trying to use the HNHA analysis tool in NMRView 5.0.4 under linux.
I have few question :
1) does it use the volumes or intensities in the calculation?
2) D2 (H) dimension is the proton or nitrogen plane?
3) RMSD can be calculated with NMRView in some way?
4) Scale error ?

I haven't found explanations in the old and the new manual, I don't know if there is a web site with suggestions..

Thanks a lot for your help,

Marco
