Re: NMRView NOE analysis
Just a heads up on RunAbout etc. I'm currently finishing up the
latest iteration of it for backbone assignment (using C labeled
protein). I've also got quite a bit of progress on using it for
sidechain assignment. Another week of work on both and I'll release
the latest version. Then I'm going to jump into the NOE
assignments. I want to be able to take the ubiquitin sample data and
go all the way through to a structure. If the sidechain tool works
out (and it's looking good) I hope to have this done in a few weeks.
Then I'll go back to square one and optimize the tools for different
types of experiments, including N15 only data.
As Geoff mentions in his email the PeakInspector Identify tool should
work fine for your N15 NOEs.
I plan on releasing a new version of the NvJ manual in the next few
weeks, that will have at least an overview of the RunAbout tool.
The current movie doesn't yet have a narration.

I have 3D NOESY and TOCSY datasets from 15N labeled protein. I am
struggling to find resources or references that describe how to
link/cluster the spin system peak boxes and automatically find and
assign potential NOEs. Most of the documentation appears to be for
Carbon labeled protein. Can Runabout be used to analyze 15N only
data? The movie I downloaded on runabout appears to be missing a
sound file. Where can I download this file? I found the
peakinspector->edit->identify dialogue but do not have enough
information to utilize it.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
