NMRView Re: sequence start number

Yes,  you can start at any number  (sorry for delay, I'm just back  
from a whirlwhind tour of colleges that my son might want to attend).

Here is an example sequence file that starts at "5"

met 5
ala
asn
glu
lys
ile
leu
ile
val
asp
asp
gln
tyr
gly
ile
arg


This one starts at 5 and then has various gaps:

met 5
ala
asn 8
glu
lys
ile
leu
ile 17
val
asp
asp
gln 22
tyr
gly
ile
arg

It will end up being:

met:5,ala:6,asn:8, etc
