I have 3D NOESY and TOCSY datasets from 15N labeled protein. I am struggling to find resources or references that describe how to link/cluster the spin system peak boxes and automatically find and assign potential NOEs. Most of the documentation appears to be for Carbon labeled protein. Can Runabout be used to analyze 15N only data? The movie I downloaded on runabout appears to be missing a sound file. Where can I download this file? I found the peakinspector->edit->identify dialogue but do not have enough information to utilize it.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
