Hi,
My N-terminal amino acid is not blocked. When I read in my sequence, it gave an X next to my 1st amino acid. Also, I have a cysteine in the sequence, and it also gave it as a X in the sequence. Furthermore,
I tried to make peak assignments in the Peak Panel or in Peak Inspector? I tried both of them and they did not work.
Please bear with my ignorance as I have started to switch using NMRVIEW from XEASY .
