If you choose cursor-> select, then you can click on a peak to highlight 
it, and by holding down the left mouse button and dragging you can adjust 
the size.

I'm using the NMRViewJ 7.0.8 with Mac OS 10.3.9, and I am finding that 
the peak picking etc. seems to be kind of flaky... not sure if it is just 
my system? Sometimes I can use the "peakadd" feature and by holding down 
the control key place the peak where I want, other times that doesn't 
work, and sometimes I can't manually peak pick at all.  "peak delete" with 
the cursor doesn't work more often than not.
