There are a variety of commands that can be invoked from the Peak menu on the main NMRViewJ menubar. Many of these commands operate on a specific peak list and it is important to be aware of which list that will be before invoking them. Generally these will operate on the list that is currently displayed in the Peak Inspector (or Peak Table). Therefore, before invoking them, you should display the Peak Inspector or Peak Table and select the desired list.
