| comments | The cursors in the strip window are not correlated to the x-axis of the corresponding HSQC spectrum. For example, if the x and y axes of the first strip are HN and C; the axes of the second strip are HN and H; and the axes of the HSQC spectrum are H and C, the cursor only correlates to the C axis, not the H axis. This makes it difficult to assign peaks in the HSQC spectrum. |
