| comments | Dear All, We have just purchased our 1st (and only) SGI O2 for our small NMR goup on the site here at Cardiff. It is running Irix (from uname -R). Where I used to work, I bought SG O.6 and put NMRView version 4 on and ran it without problems. With this new machine, I get the dreaded 'wrong architecture' fault when I try and run NMRView version ). Has anyone seen this? Does anyone know a solution? Have I made a cruel error of judgement in assuming the O2 was ready for such a task!!!?? Have already checked the SG to see that tcl, tk and wish bits are installed.... Any advice/hints would be appreciated as I know I have to do this again when I move jobs in the near future. Thanks Mark *********************************************** Dr. Mark J.
