| comments | I'm currently using nmrview on a linux workstation. I'm having the same problem which I also had with nmrview. After reading the sequence file, ppm.out file and the peak file I open and draw a 3D spectrum. Then I use the peakattributes panel to draw the peaks onto the spectrum. I choose the right peak file and change the 'Label With' option to 'Label' and push the button draw. When I now scroll through my spectrum using the arrow-keys, after ~8 planes an error is given and nmrview gets stuck: "NMRView SEGMENTATION VIOLATION signal " This message repeats endlessly until I kill the process. A similar thing happens when I use the 'ExpandFix' option in the peakattributes window. If I then go through my peak list in the peakpanel window it shows the right peak in my spectrum, but after ~30 peaks nmrview crashes. So no error message in this case.
