comments	Hello, we are trying to extract NOEs (in nmrview ) from an assigned 3D C-HSQC-NOESY and write an NOE input file for CNS. We opened the dataset, the corresponding peaklist as well as a sequence file consisting of the 3 letter abbreviations of each amino acid in a single line. After selecting the peaklist in the NoeAnalysis window we are not able to click through the peaks and after clicking on Extract we get a huge list of errors like ... Error 70.ca Error 70.ha ... in the TkCon window and nothing else happens. Does anybody know what the reason for this behavior might be? Any help would be appreciated, Klaus.
