| comments | Hi, I am tring to use nvJ on a PowerMac running OS X as I do not want to use the classic environment. However, when I try to run nvj I get the following: [localhost:~/nmrview5] andrew% nvj NMRViewJ home is Users:andrew:nmrview5 could not open /nmrview/library/init.tcl I checked all of the very obvious stuff like the path being set correctly and that the permissions are Ok. I also checked the version of java that I am running with java -version and I get the following: [localhost:~/nmrview5] andrew% java -version java version "" Java(TM) ) Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build , mixed mode) Anyone have any Ideas as to what is wrong Thanks Andy |
